About the Role

We're seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Stylist in Training. As a key member of our salon team, you'll have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of our business and develop the skills you need to succeed in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist experienced stylists with client consultations and services
• Learn and master various hairdressing techniques and products
• Develop strong communication skills to provide exceptional customer service
• Contribute to a positive and dynamic team environment
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited cosmetology school and possession of a valid license to practice in your state
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
