Residential Remodeling Sales Representative Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Remodeling Sales Representative to join our team at The Contractor Consultants. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling a variety of home remodeling services, including kitchen, bathroom, basement renovations, and home additions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell home remodeling services to clients, including kitchen, bathroom, basement renovations, and home additions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering lasting relationships.
  • Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Utilize technology and software to create proposals, manage customer data, and track project progress.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the company's growth objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in custom residential remodeling sales.
  • Ability to ask for the sale and exhibit persistence to secure project commitments.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to project completion.
  • Willingness to engage in continuous learning, including attending sales training and staying updated on industry trends.
  • Comfortable with technology and willing to learn company-specific software for managing sales and projects.
