Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement an annual marketing strategy, build community relationships to enhance marketing and catering efforts, and organize promotional events.
  • Social Media Management: Create engaging content for social media platforms and monitor audience interaction.
  • Community Engagement: Identify innovative advertising opportunities and track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Catering Development: Manage catering inquiries, schedule meetings with potential clients, and oversee the fulfillment of catering orders.

Operational Duties:

  • Support shift managers in daily operations when not focused on marketing tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards while maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Analyze operational data to improve service efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to meet physical demands, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Experience in marketing and/or catering sales is essential.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
