Key Responsibilities- Manage daily clinic operations, ensuring seamless delivery of patient care and services.
- Collaborate with the management team to identify and resolve issues, improve processes, and maintain high-quality standards.
- Order and maintain departmental and medical supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effectiveness.
- Perform equipment maintenance and repair, ensuring optimal functionality and minimizing downtime.
- Monitor and control budgets, working closely with the management team to ensure fiscal responsibility and compliance.
- Conduct quality control checks, verifying adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Address patient, staff, and physician concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Assist in evaluating associate performance, recommending merit increases, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Monitor and manage associate work schedules, PTO requests, and staff coverage, ensuring adequate support and minimizing disruptions.
- Ensure NCHD referrals are accurate and compliant with company guidelines.
- Support staff as needed, providing guidance and training to enhance job performance.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines, protecting sensitive patient information.
- Communicate effectively, using clear and positive language to convey ideas and support the CHRISTUS Mission.
- Adhere to established company policies, procedures, objectives, quality assurance, safety, environmental, and infection control protocols.
- Implement job responsibilities in a manner consistent with the CHRISTUS Mission and Code of Ethics, supporting the company's cultural diversity objectives.
- Support and adhere to the CPG Service Guarantee.
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Excellent computer knowledge and skills, including data input and abstracting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Registered Nurse license.
- CPR Certification through the American Heart Association.
