Job Summary
Hutchinson Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Nurse Manager to lead our 12-bed Inpatient Mental Health Unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the clinical management, supervision of patient care, and administrative duties in Inpatient Mental Health Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Chief Nursing Officer and Mental Health Medical Director to develop and implement clinical strategies and initiatives.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to best practices.
- Develop and manage budgets, resources, and personnel to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Current MN RN license.
- 3-7 years of clinical experience in Mental Health, with a proven track record of leadership and management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- Sound clinical judgment and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
