Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional and courteous service to all customers, both in-store and over the phone.
  • Ensure merchandise is placed on the sales floor in a timely manner and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Accurately process transactions and maintain knowledge of merchandise to answer customer questions.
  • Assist customers with purchase selections and maintain a clean and professional appearance.
  • Perform general housekeeping responsibilities, including store upkeep, sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
Requirements
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to perform basic math skills and accurately process transactions.
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time and lift up to 40 pounds frequently.
  • Basic working knowledge of computer applications and the internet.
  • A minimum of 6 months of previous work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working in a retail environment.
  • Excellent customer service-related skills.
  • Working knowledge of a cash register.
  • Multilingual with fluency in English.
Work Environment

This position is located in a fast-paced retail environment and requires the ability to work in a team-oriented setting. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $13.00 and a positive work environment.
