Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our manufacturing team. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing night shift operations, ensuring all activities adhere to operational and safety procedures. You will coordinate and direct the production team to meet production targets and ensure efficiency. Your strong focus on food safety will ensure all processes comply with SQF and other relevant standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise night shift operations and ensure adherence to operational and safety procedures.

  • Maintain a strong focus on food safety and ensure all processes comply with SQF and other relevant standards.
  • Monitor product quality and implement corrective actions to minimize waste and maintain high standards.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and coaching to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other department leaders to align operational activities and optimize overall performance.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production quality, capacity, and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the engineering or manufacturing industry.
  • Proven knowledge and experience with food safety, Quality, and SQF.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
