About Us: Reclaimed Bar and Restaurant is a distinguished gastro-pub located in the North Center area, specializing in craft cocktails and a diverse menu featuring locally sourced ingredients. We also host live music events, creating a unique dining experience.

Catering Division: Big Hatt, our specialty catering branch, focuses on live cooking events with tailored menus for each client. We utilize a 20 ft. portable smoker for whole hog cooking, BBQ events, tailgates, and outdoor gatherings, showcasing the talent and creativity of our culinary team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in culinary operations
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Culinary or College degree is advantageous
  • Serv-Safe Certification required
  • Familiarity with premium spirits, cocktails, and gourmet food
  • Skills in butchering, charcuterie, and smoking meats

Required Attributes:

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Able to work weekends, special events, and holidays as necessary
  • Outgoing and energetic personality
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to multitask, remain on feet for extended periods, and lift over 30 lbs
  • Willingness to assist colleagues

Job Type: Full Time - Part Time considered

Compensation: $17-$23 per hour based on experience
