Surgical Services Physician Assistant

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Surgical Services Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to become a vital part of our esteemed healthcare team. This role is situated within a well-regarded medical institution, focusing on both General and Vascular surgical procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform initial surgical consultations and follow-up appointments.
- Assist in operating room procedures, including first assisting and bedside interventions.
- Manage an anticipated patient volume of 3-8 surgical procedures daily.
- Collaborate closely with a team of four experienced surgeons and several Advanced Practice Providers.
- Conduct rounds in the hospital prior to clinic hours.
Work Schedule:
- Monday through Friday with no weekend shifts.
- On-call rotation is 1:3.
