About the Role
  • • Perform medical evaluations of potential donors for automated plasmapheresis procedures
    • Determine donor suitability in consultation with a donor center physician
    • Provide limited emergency care, including medication administration or treatments
    • Conduct evaluations to ensure compliance with plasma donation criteria
    • Review medical histories and perform suitability examinations
    • Maintain communication logs regarding donor suitability
    • Review test results and counsel donors with abnormal findings

Requirements
  • • Graduation from a recognized healthcare educational program
    • Current licensure as an LPN specific to the location of employment
    • Current certification in CPR
    • Ability to educate donors, staff, and community about our plasma donation program
    • Strong organizational skills, team orientation, flexibility, and comfort working in a diverse environment
    • Willingness and ability to maintain confidentiality and work weekends
