Job Description

The Veteran Services Case Manager position at Changing Homelessness, Inc. requires a detail-oriented and empathetic individual to provide critical support services to homeless veterans in Daytona. This role involves case management, community outreach, and collaboration with local resources to ensure comprehensive care.

Estimated Salary: $49,000 - $54,000 per year

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with homeless veterans, assessing their strengths, needs, and goals to develop tailored plans for housing stability.
  • Coordinate with community resources, including VA benefits, affordable housing programs, and social services, to provide comprehensive support.
  • Maintain accurate records, monitor progress, and enforce program rules and regulations.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and community partners, promoting trust and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Three years of work experience in a related field, preferably with a focus on homelessness or veteran services.
  • Valid driver's license, registered vehicle, and required insurance.
  • Ability to pass a Level II background check and federal-level drug screen.
