Electrical Mechanical Maintenance Job Description

The Performance Group is partnering with a Hanover, PA client to fill their Direct Hire needs for an Electrical Mechanical Maintenance professional.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Mechanical Maintenance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in electrical, mechanical, and electronic applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment, including motor control, DC/AC drives and controls, frying and baking equipment, sheeters, temperature instrumentation, burner systems and controls, packaging machines, electronic scales, and programmable logic controllers.
  • Coordinate and complete installation and wiring of manufacturing equipment, such as pumps, fans, blowers, and relay panels.
  • Troubleshoot and repair various types of lighting.
  • Independently install conduit, EMT, and Sealtite to all equipment.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and implement preventative maintenance as scheduled.
Requirements
  • Minimum of five years of experience in electrical, mechanical, and electronic applications.
  • Packaging machine experience preferred.
  • Ability to read electrical prints and schematics.
  • Ability to distinguish colors.
  • Manufacturing EM Maintenance experience required.
  • Ability to lift objects up to 100lbs and work heights up to 30 feet.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work proactively in a cross-functional team with diverse groups of people.
