Diazyme Laboratories, a leader in the medical device manufacturing sector, is seeking a dedicated customer service representative to enhance our Customer Service Operations team. As a certified cGMP and ISO 13485 organization, we pride ourselves on our innovative enzyme technologies that produce diagnostic reagents for a variety of health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

Under direct supervision, this role encompasses a range of routine tasks that support various functional areas including finance, procurement, and human resources. Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining, processing, and compiling confidential reports and records, ensuring discretion and accuracy.
  • Providing detailed data and information, requiring thorough explanations.
  • Engaging primarily with department contacts, while occasionally liaising with management.
  • Collecting, verifying, and tracking data from multiple sources.
  • Coordinating and monitoring the progress of work assignments and projects.
  • Updating and preparing various reports, both electronic and hard copy.
  • Responding to routine inquiries from internal stakeholders.
  • Adhering to all applicable laws and regulations in the conduct of business.
  • Working safely in accordance with established procedures.

Qualifications:

This position typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Candidates should demonstrate:

  • A foundational understanding of relevant principles and concepts.
  • The ability to quickly learn new concepts.

  • Analytical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for accurate documentation.
