Syngenta Crop Protection is looking for an experienced HSES Manager to lead our efforts in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health, safety, and environmental management, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. You will be responsible for conducting risk assessments, developing safety protocols, and providing training to employees.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the chemical or agricultural industry. A degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field is essential.

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on location and experience)
