Summary of Responsibilities

• Deliver food orders to patrons swiftly and accurately

• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards

• Clear tables by removing used dishes and waste

• Check in with guests to ensure their dining experience is enjoyable

• Communicate feedback from customers to management and relevant staff

• Ensure diners have all necessary tableware for a pleasant meal

• Assist in preparing tables prior to service with appropriate utensils, napkins, and decor

• Address various spontaneous requests from guests

Knowledge, Skills, and Personal Attributes

• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities

Education and Experience

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Previous experience in the restaurant industry is preferred

• Completion of Food Handlers and BASSET Certification is required
