We are seeking a skilled Quality of Care LPN to join our team at CHRISTUS Health. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, implement, and evaluate patient care activities to ensure continuity of care.
- Collaborate with other clinical associates to meet individual patient needs and promote quality and cost-effective care.
- Plan and direct care in relation to clinical objectives under the direct supervision of the registered nurse.
- Ensure all areas, equipment, and supplies are organized and maintained properly.
- Evaluate quantity and quality of work performance and provide feedback to promote growth and improvement.
- Current Louisiana LPN License
- BLS provider certification
- ACLS provider certification
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
