Position Summary:
The Mobile Community Operations Manager is accountable for the comprehensive financial oversight, marketing strategies, regulatory adherence, personnel supervision, and management of physical assets across a diverse residential portfolio.

This role involves direct oversight of office personnel and executing supervisory duties in alignment with NHE, Inc. policies and relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Fiscal Management:
    Monitor property budgets, ensuring expenses align with financial plans. Conduct annual utility assessments and guarantee timely collection of rents and ancillary revenues.
  2. Staff Supervision:
    Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating employees. Manage work assignments, performance reviews, and address employee concerns effectively.
  3. Property Management:
    Conduct daily inspections to assess property conditions and ensure optimal occupancy levels. Develop and implement resident retention initiatives.
  4. Travel Requirements:
    This role necessitates extensive travel across various regions, with a commitment to daily travel.
  5. Regulatory Compliance:
    Ensure adherence to all applicable housing regulations and guidelines, preparing for audits and inspections as required.

Qualifications:
Must possess a Property Manager's or PMIC license and have a minimum of three years of experience in multifamily leasing and customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software is essential.

Skills:
Excellent communication and organizational skills are crucial. The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively is necessary for success in this role.

Working Conditions:
The position primarily operates indoors but requires mobility to various properties. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are mandatory.
