Desarrollar y proporcionar intervenciones adecuadas de terapia artística para pacientes y familias.
Gestionar recursos, incluyendo tiempo, personal y presupuesto de manera efectiva.
Ofrecer servicios creativos de terapia artística para pacientes y familias en el final de la vida y en servicios conmemorativos basados en el hospital en colaboración con el equipo psicosocial.
Documentar las intervenciones de terapia artística en los registros de los pacientes de manera oportuna y completa, incluyendo evaluaciones iniciales y notas de progreso.Demostrar un entendimiento del alcance apropiado de la terapia artística dentro de un entorno clínico.
Fomentar la comunicación con el equipo médico, enfermería y otros departamentos de apoyo familiar.
Desarrollar activamente asociaciones comunitarias para promover la terapia artística.
Desarrollar y perfeccionar el programa de Terapia Artística, incluyendo la investigación para identificar las mejores prácticas para lograr los resultados clínicos deseados.
Supervisar a voluntarios que proporcionan intervenciones basadas en el arte. Participar activamente en la supervisión clínica grupal.
Presentar servicios educativos sobre terapia artística dentro del centro médico y en la comunidad.
Mantener estadísticas precisas de las sesiones de terapia artística en los esfuerzos de aseguramiento de calidad.
Puede supervisar a internos/estudiantes de terapia artística según disponibilidad.
Calificaciones Mínimas
Título de maestría en un campo relacionado (Consejería, Terapia Matrimonial y Familiar, Trabajo Social, Psicología, Consejería de Adicciones, Enfermería Psiquiátrica, Psiquiatría) y 700 horas de prácticas supervisadas/horas de pasantía en Terapia Artística.
Título de maestría en Terapia Artística (Aprobado por la Asociación Americana de Terapia Artística (AATA)) - el título será verificado.
