Job Summary:

Window Genie is a nationally recognized home service franchise dedicated to enhancing the look and value of homes in your community through various services such as window cleaning, window tinting, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and more. As a technician, you are a vital member of our team responsible for delivering high-quality and efficient home and light commercial services. You will also identify opportunities to sell additional work, exemplifying our code of values by showing respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service in our three service categories, including window cleaning, window tinting, and pressure washing, as well as gutter cleaning, chandelier cleaning, and holiday lighting in select markets.
  • Engage with customers to discuss additional services and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Maintain the efficient use of materials and ensure adequate stock of cleaning supplies on the vehicle.
  • Keep company vehicles and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition.
  • Complete invoices and follow work orders as required.
  • Perform other duties as needed, which may include cross-training in related positions.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience is necessary, but prior experience in any of our three service categories is a plus.
  • Physical ability to lift ladders.
  • Willingness and ability to work up to 32 feet on a ladder.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and personality.

Benefits:

  • A competitive hourly rate, starting at $12.00 to $13.00 an hour.
