We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical Surgical Unit 2 team at Corewell Health. As a RN on our team, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions, including pulmonary, hospice, oncology, and general medical diagnoses.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; BSN preferred.
- Current MI Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required.
- AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- One year of acute care experience preferred.
