- Scheduling: Maintain a 24/7 schedule that provides adequate and balanced coverage for the maintenance team.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews for direct reports, providing constructive feedback that promotes growth and development.
- Project Management: Accomplish projects and assignments as needed, which may require engagement with cross-functional teams.
- Education: Four-year degree in an aviation-related field or equivalent work experience.
- Certifications: Valid Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and Powerplant Certificate.
- Experience: Avionics maintenance experience, aircraft operations and maintenance planning experience.
- Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Security Clearance: This role is subject to ITAR; candidates must be a US Person (this includes US Citizen, Permanent Resident or Protected Individual such as an asylee or refugee).
- Hybrid Work Environment: Up to two days per week work from home (for eligible positions).
