Job Title: Foreman Mentoring

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman to join our team at Surv - Lakeshore. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for leading our field operations and mentoring our Local workers to ensure the highest level of job success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage field operations to ensure high-quality results
  • Mentor and train Local workers on job skills and Neighbor service
  • Provide feedback and guidance to improve operations and job success
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score (NPS)
Requirements:
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Background check and legally able to work in the US
  • Reliable transportation
  • Smart phone
Compensation and Benefits:
  • 20-40 hours per week in the field
  • 1 office day (excluding holiday weeks)
  • Starting pay at ~$20/hr.
  • Truck supplied or payment reimbursed
  • Tool fees
  • Tips
  • Benefits package available after 90 day eligibility period including healthcare, sick time and unlimited PTO
