Job Summary:

The Perimeter College Department of Life and Earth Sciences is seeking a part-time instructor to teach Human Anatomy and Physiology courses. The instructor will be responsible for teaching Human Anatomy and Physiology I and II, as well as the corresponding lab courses. The successful candidate will have a strong background in anatomy and physiology and be able to teach effectively using a variety of methods.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach Human Anatomy and Physiology I and II, as well as the corresponding lab courses
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and assessments
  • Provide individualized support to students
  • Collaborate with other faculty members to develop curriculum and assessments
Requirements:
  • Ph.D., MD, DC, or Master's degree with 18 graduate semester hours or 27 graduate quarter hours in applicable Human Anatomy and Physiology courses
  • Teaching experience preferred
  • Ability to teach effectively using a variety of methods
  • Ability to relate to a diverse student population and facilitate student learning
