Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapist to provide therapeutic services to our diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and therapeutic interventions. The therapist will work with individuals, couples, families, and groups, addressing a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides clinical assessment and treatment services to assigned clients and their families.
  • Maintains compliance with contract, grant, and position expectations.
  • Compiles and maintains accurate documentation in individual client case files.
  • Responsible for scheduling appointments with assigned clients.
  • Collaborates with other healthcare providers, case managers, and support networks to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a mental health field such as psychology, counseling, or social work.
  • Valid and current license required such as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C), Licensed Master Social Work (LMSW), Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in providing therapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Cultural competence and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

We have a growing waitlist with many clients needing therapeutic services in Spanish, and we are looking to hire to fill this need.
