Soccer Shots - Metro North is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Youth Soccer Coach to join our team. As a Coach, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and fun soccer sessions to children aged 2-8, focusing on skill development and character growth.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver 30-45 minute soccer sessions to groups of up to 12 children at various locations, including PreK schools, parks, and indoor fields.
- Implement our curriculum, which emphasizes skill and character development, to ensure a positive and engaging experience for all participants.
- Manage sessions safely and efficiently, ensuring the well-being and safety of all children.
- Provide excellent customer service to faculty and families, ensuring a positive experience for all.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License are necessary.
- Weekend availability is required, with sessions taking place between 9 am-12 pm Monday-Sunday and 1:00-6:30 pm Monday-Friday.
- Passion for positively impacting youth players and a caring, safety-conscious mindset are essential.
- $25 ($20 during training) per hour, with weekly payroll and mileage reimbursement.
