Tourism Consultant

Are you passionate about sharing your love for travel with others? Do you have a knack for inspiring people to explore new destinations? We're looking for a talented Tourism Consultant to join our team at Solaris Enterprises.

• As a Tourism Consultant, you will be responsible for advising and inspiring our customers about our own organized trips as well as trips from external organizers.
• You will make reservations in our booking system and ensure a smooth process for our customers.
• You will be the primary point of contact for customers, keeping them informed about changes and cancellations, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire trip.
• You will have the opportunity to contribute your creative ideas for the design of our travel agency and sales promotion.
• You may also participate in the organization of your own trips or take on the role of a travel companion worldwide, discovering new cultures and experiences.

• You have completed a tourism vocational training as a tourism clerk or similar.
• You have professional experience in a travel agency or with an organizer.
• You possess good geographical knowledge and product knowledge.
• You are proficient in using all common MS Office programs and ideally have IATA and Amadeus Vista knowledge.
• You demonstrate a high level of willingness to provide exceptional service to maintain regular customers and acquire new ones.
