Your Role

As a Senior Solutions Manager, you will be pivotal in our implementation team. Your expertise in system implementation will make you the primary liaison between clients and our consulting team. You will lead requirements gathering sessions, develop robust designs, and collaborate with your colleagues to ensure seamless implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the bridge between strategic business leaders and technical teams, articulating business functional issues with clarity.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of business processes and requirements, advising clients on critical architectural decisions related to the RapidResponse platform.
  • Assess risks associated with requirements management, business process definitions, testing protocols, internal controls, project communications, training, and organizational change management.
  • Create technical architectures, develop system requirements, identify necessary resources, and estimate project timelines.
  • Produce client-ready documentation related to requirement specifications, process analyses, functional designs, and testing plans.
  • Assist in scoping potential engagements, crafting proposals, and managing project logistics and execution.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, supply chain management, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience in developing, supporting, or implementing RapidResponse.
  • Functional knowledge in supply chain management, demand or supply planning, S&OP, after-sales service operations, or transportation management.
  • Familiarity with supply chain systems, processes, data, and business operations.
  • Experience with ERP systems integration, particularly SAP and Oracle.
  • Knowledge of systems integration, ETL tools, data mapping, and overall systems integration.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and contribute immediately in a team setting.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and perform well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong client focus.
  • A solid work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire to learn and grow.

Location and Travel

This role requires travel to client locations, with travel frequency varying based on project and client needs.
