Job Summary
As a Collections Specialist with our team, you will be responsible for monitoring accounts to identify overdue balances and prioritizing collection efforts. You will engage with clients via phone and/or email to inquire about payment status, maintain collections notes in accounting software, and work collaboratively with sales, customer service, and accounting teams to address customer concerns and ensure accurate billing.

This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience in corporate or B2B collections is preferred.
