Job Summary

As an RN at South River Healthcare Center, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and providing support to our interdisciplinary team. Your expertise and compassion will help us achieve our goal of creating a comfortable and supportive living environment for our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional patient care, including assessing patients' needs, developing and implementing care plans, and evaluating outcomes
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, promoting health and wellness through evidence-based practices
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and progress notes
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland
  • At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a long-term care or rehabilitation facility
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
