Job Title:

Speech Language Pathologist

Overview:

HealthMed Pro Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality speech-language therapy services to a diverse student population.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct standardized and non-standardized assessments to evaluate strengths and concerns in motor speech, voice, fluency, pragmatics, language, literacy, and dysphagia.
  • Develop child- and family-centered treatment plans that build on the student's strengths.
  • Ensure IEP, ETR, and progress monitoring comply with company, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Collections and analysis of daily data to adjust treatment strategies based on student performance trends.
  • Participate in IEP and MFE meetings, providing necessary documentation for review in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
  • Florida SLP License
  • Comfortable working with a diverse workforce
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, especially those with special needs (e.g., autism).
  • Credentialed with additional insurance providers.
Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $55/hour, paid weekly.
