We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at ProCare Therapy. As a key member of our school-based therapy services, you will have the opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of students in Missouri.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Intervention: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify students' needs and develop targeted therapy plans to address their challenges.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) that meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Therapy Services: Provide high-quality speech therapy sessions to students, both individually and in small groups, to help them achieve their speech and language objectives.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly track and record students' progress towards achieving their speech and language goals, using assessment data to inform treatment decisions.
Requirements
  • Education and Certification: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders, with CCC-SLP or CFY certification recognized in Missouri.
  • Experience and Skills: Demonstrated experience working with school-aged children, strong interpersonal and communication abilities, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
