As a Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for generating new contacts and building relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, and other professionals in the industry. Your primary goal will be to promote our restoration services and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

* Intake new losses via phone and email
* Monitor updates in PSA for job status and documentation of communication from insurance and customers
* Monitor updates in XactAnalysis/Alacrity/Lions Bridge daily
* Monitor field paperwork for completion and accuracy
* Update PSA daily with status updates, files, and move for finalized billing
* Order marketing materials
* Review work site and completed paperwork for future referrals

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or GED
* 2-5 years of experience in the industry
* Valid driver's license and safe driving record
* Ability to exercise good judgment and understand and carry out written and/or oral instructions
* Ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands & arms, and talk or hear
* Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
