Responsibilities- Provide individualized patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure seamless patient flow and efficient use of resources.
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and manage patient equipment as needed.
- Monitor patient vital signs, respond to emergencies, and maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
- 1-3 years of experience in perioperative nursing, preferably in an ambulatory surgical center.
- Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, aseptic techniques, and patient safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to adapt to changing patient conditions.
- Current BLS, ALS, and PALS certifications.
