  • Department Merchandising: Maintain department merchandising and readiness to serve customers, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
  • Training and Development: Train other sales floor personnel on how to be successful in the department, promoting a culture of excellence and customer focus.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1 year of experience building complex solutions in sales, customer service, or related fields.
  • Leadership Experience: 1 year of leadership experience in a related field or military leadership equivalent.
  • Sales Experience: 1 year of experience selling in premium products, luxury brands, and/or custom design environments.
  • CRM Experience: 1 year of experience in customer relationship management (CRM).
