- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patient responses to interventions.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical and emotional evaluations, to identify patient needs and develop effective care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a step down unit or similar setting.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
