We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Officer to join our team at Savannah Square. As a Security Officer, you will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patrol and Monitor the premises, including hallways, buildings, and parking lots, to ensure a secure environment.
  • Respond to Emergencies and assist local emergency personnel as needed.
  • Enforce Regulations and directives for personnel, visitors, and the area.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service to residents, staff, and visitors.
  • Maintain Confidentiality of resident and community information.
  • Participate in Training and Development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Knowledge of Legal Requirements for security guard positions.
  • Ability to Make Independent Decisions within proper policy and procedures.
  • Previous Security Experience desired.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
