Job Title: Behavioral Health Therapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team at Rogers Behavioral Health. As a Behavioral Health Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality care to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with mental health and substance use disorders.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to patients and their families.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatments.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
  • Experience working with mental health and substance use disorders.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based treatments and best practices in behavioral health.
