About the Job

CPS Solutions, LLC is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team on a per diem basis. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in evaluating and developing rehabilitation goals to increase self-care and instrumental activities of daily living for inpatients and outpatients with identified mental, developmental, or physical disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to identify their needs and develop personalized rehabilitation plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and healthcare team members to ensure a collaborative approach to care
  • Establish and implement goals to enhance independence with activities of daily living in a safe and effective manner
  • Utilize computer-based documentation systems to track patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited College or School of Occupational Therapy
  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master's degree preferred
  • Must be licensed or eligible for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in Ohio
  • One year of acute care and outpatient experience preferred
