Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Rogall + Co. in San Luis Obispo County, California. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for performing skilled carpentry and finishing tasks, including framing, trim work, sanding, caulking, priming, and precise installation of hardware.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily job site setup and maintenance, including preparing work areas, setting up ladders, and organizing tools efficiently.
  • Execute all aspects of carpentry prep and finishing, including structural and decorative elements, such as windows and doors, fascia, and shutters.
  • Ensure company trucks are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary tools and materials for each project.
  • Regularly inspect and maintain equipment to guarantee safety and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Basic carpentry skills, with the ability to learn new tasks quickly.
  • Experience with hand and power tools, including ladders and painting equipment.
  • Strong work ethic, dependability, and a proactive mindset.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and at heights throughout the workday.
