As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our school buildings, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the interior and exterior of the school buildings, including grounds and facilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols
  • Provide minor repairs and maintenance to doors, hardware, walls, partitions, ceilings, and floors
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols
  • Collaborate with other facilities staff to ensure seamless operations
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor, Principal, and/or Superintendent or designee

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in building maintenance and cleaning
  • Experience working with children and in a culturally diverse setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and climb ladders
  • Reliable transportation for working at multiple locations
  • Authorization to work in the US

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position that requires flexibility and adaptability. The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
