As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing service technicians and building a loyal clientele. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Attaining high Net Promoter Scores (NPS)
  • Maintaining positive employee relations
  • Setting and achieving sales and profit objectives
  • Keeping accurate service records

In this role, you will address service concerns from all customers, ensuring that services are performed to the highest standards while operating your team profitably.
