Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at KSL Resorts. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our guest rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure all guests and visitors are welcomed and provided with exceptional service through friendly and courteous communication.
  • Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure the cleanliness, safety, and specifications of the property are met.
  • Prepare guest rooms for cleaning during designated times and maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Treat room and guest items with discretion and respect during cleaning.
  • Make guest beds and replace linens as needed.
  • Replenish guest room supplies and replace bath supplies.
  • Clean the bathroom and closet, and vacuum and rake the carpet.
  • Follow all security guidelines when entering and exiting rooms, ensuring rooms are secured upon departure.
  • Promptly record or report lost items to the Executive Housekeeper and maintain an accurate log of items.
  • Clean public areas of the property to ensure a fresh and organized environment for guests.
  • Maintain and stock housekeeping carts throughout the day to ensure an efficient cleaning process.
  • Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures, including maintaining excellent customer service and efficient operations.
  • Follow OSHA safety rules and regulations, and participate in safety and security initiatives.
  • Sustain the safety of the property through risk-management behavior, proper inspections, and knowledge of emergency procedures.
  • Follow 4 Keys service standards, standard operating procedures, and safety standards.
  • Work cohesively with co-workers and all departments as part of a team.
  • Follow all additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Preferred 6 months of housekeeping or cleaning experience.
  • Ability to lift and/or carry up to 40 pounds frequently to assist guests.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to hear, understand, and communicate orally and in writing to communicate with staff, vendors, and guests.
  • Ability to bend and twist, push and pull, stoop, and kneel.
  • Ability to ascend and descend a ladder.
