At Katella Deli, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Expo/Runner to join our team. As an Expo/Runner, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that orders are accurate and presented in a visually appealing way.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure seamless service and efficient food delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in food service and customer service.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a food service environment, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Possession of a valid California Food Handlers card.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
