Key Responsibilities:
In the capacity of Human Resources Specialist, you will be the primary resource for employees, assisting them with inquiries and solutions related to their employment. Your role will involve:
- Guiding new hires through the necessary onboarding paperwork to facilitate a smooth transition into their roles.
- Leading initiatives within the Employee Engagement team to enhance retention and overall employee satisfaction.
- Collaborating with staff and departments to investigate and address any concerns that arise.
- Executing a variety of administrative and confidential HR tasks in support of the HR leadership.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
