About the Job

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Physiotherapist to deliver high-quality care to our senior clients. As a member of our multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing individualized physical therapy services to promote independence, mobility, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical abilities and develop personalized care plans to address their unique needs.
  • Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, and other therapies as needed.
  • Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
  • Educate clients and their families on proper exercise techniques, safety measures, and disease management strategies.
  • Accurately document client progress, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A current NJ Physical Therapist license.
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

  • The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 based on experience.
