Job Objective:

Provide exceptional customer service to donors, ensuring a positive experience at our donation centers. Maintain a clean and organized donation area, handling each transaction with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present a professional appearance, adhering to our dress code at all times.

• Greet donors with a friendly demeanor, offering assistance as needed.

• Maintain a clean and well-organized donation area, ensuring a safe and efficient environment.

• Responsible for all operations and security matters while on duty, including receiving and processing donations.

• Safeguard all donated materials and assigned equipment, adhering to our center's policies and procedures.

• Track donations according to center policy, ensuring accurate records and reporting.

• Courteously advise donors of unacceptable materials, and offer alternative solutions when possible.

• Power sort donations as needed, ensuring efficient processing and storage.

• Report any complaints, damage, or injuries occurring on or near the donation area, and take necessary actions to resolve issues.

• Sort, load, and unload SA trucks according to center policy, ensuring timely and efficient transportation.

• Support production processes as needed, being available for a flexible schedule.
