About the Role

Curaleaf is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Cultivation Associate to join our team. As a key member of our cultivation team, you will be responsible for executing production plans and ensuring the quality and quantity of our cannabis products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Production Planning: Work with the Cultivation Manager to plan and execute growing activities that meet our production schedules.
  • Space Preparation: Prepare the necessary space for planned production, including cloning, transplanting, and inventory management.
  • Cultivation Operations: Monitor growing conditions, review changes in humidity, moisture, and temperature, and ensure conformance with quality control standards.
  • Crop Inspection: Inspect crops to ensure quality standards, including leaf texture, bloom size, and pest or disease presence.
  • Plant Care: Provide plant monitoring and care during the vegetative and flowering phases, including trimming, staking, and pruning.
  • Harvesting and Curing: Harvest, trim, and cure cannabis products, including monitoring the curing process and climate control.
  • Preparation and Packaging: Prepare and package cannabis products, including extraction products, during peak times.
  • Maintenance and Compliance: Operate and maintain cultivation systems and equipment, ensure daily compliance with policies and procedures, and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of growing technologies, different strains, and their unique growing demands; ability to execute techniques consistently; good documentation, inventory, and organization skills; ability to keep to a tight schedule; excellent verbal interpersonal communication skills; and basic weights and measurement skills.
Compensation

$15 USD per hour
