Job Title: Grocery Merchandising Specialist

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Grocery Merchandising Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for merchandising our products in grocery stores, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with our retail partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards of product presentation and display
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote our brand and drive sales growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to optimize merchandising efforts

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in grocery sales or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to lift 35 pounds and move frozen product using appropriate equipment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
