Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research to identify emerging technologies and methodologies in Infrastructure and Cybersecurity.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve the efficiency, security, and reliability of our IT infrastructure.
  • Design and prototype new tools and systems to address infrastructure and cybersecurity challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and solutions into existing systems.
  • Analyze and evaluate the performance of infrastructure systems and cybersecurity measures; Identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay up to date on the latest industry trends, threats, and best practices in Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Management.
  • Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and reports.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to other teams and stakeholders within the organization.
  • Participate in the development of policies, procedures, and standards to ensure the security and integrity of our systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field; or any equivalent combination of relevant certifications, training, skills, and work experience.
  • 4 years' experience in Infrastructure Management and/or Cybersecurity Operations.
  • Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence applications in cybersecurity preferred.
Competencies/Skills
  • Strong knowledge of network architectures, cloud computing, and virtualization technologies.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, and/or C++.
  • Proven experience with cybersecurity tools and frameworks (e.g., SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, encryption).
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards and compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, NIST, ISO/IEC).
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Certifications/Licenses
  • CISSP, CEH, and/or CCSP preferred.
