ICU Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our ICU team at Sierra Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse in our ICU, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the patient's medical history, physical condition, and personal preferences.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including vital signs, medical history, and laboratory results, to identify potential health risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care and support for patients and their families.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure that all parties are informed and engaged in the care process.
- Current Nevada nursing license
- At least one year of nursing experience in an ICU setting
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification (or obtained within six months of hire)
